Mercure Makassar Nexa Pettarani

Junior Suite - this Mercure property has all the hallmarks you would expect from this hotel chain - the room was exceptionally well appointed (more akin 5-star - with all complimentary benefits) - large/clean/modern - the hotel has excellent room service food, an above average breakfast, a pool & gym - but the real plus of this hotel is the staff (all the staff !!) - we genuinely felt they had the guests best interests at heart (and not just for a good rating !!) - we very rarely name names but the two managers Ari and Joko were by far the best we have encountered in Indonesia

The room. For sure. The no longer use plastic bottled water for drink the room but replaced it with a glass water jug for the sake of conservation. Equally, I also liked the staff very much. They were very helpful and professional.

Room was clean and quiet. I liked my room because it has a nice sunset view. Room decoration with local style paint was nice.

the kind staff and remarkable Facility really impressed me a lot if next time I go back to my makassar, I would definitely choose this hotel and I hope all of you guys will enjoy the trip in this hotel.
